Dr. Barai is regarded as one of the area’s premier physicians and has achieved a best-in-class recognition for his medical approach and methodology. He came to Northwest Indiana from the teaching faculty of Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago. He has exceptional awareness, sensitivity, and compassion for the finest and most up-to-date scientific care. While he devotes most of his time to personalized patient care, he carves out time for continuing his education at leading medical institutions including Harvard Medical School, Northwestern University Medical School, and the University of California. For over 20 years, he has been committed to educating and training future physicians as Assistant Professor of Medicine at Indiana University Medical School.
