Husam Hafzah, MD
Oncologist/HematologistDr. Hafzah is Board Certified in Oncology Hematology and Internal Medicine. He joined Premier Oncology Hematology in 2025. Prior to joining the practice, Dr Hafzah completed his medical degree at Damascus University in Syria. He completed residency at Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, Illinois, and was Chief Medical Resident from 2021-2022. He was then an oncology hematology fellow at St. John Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Dr Hafzah has over 13 years of diverse experience and treats all of his patients with compassion and individualized care. He manages all types of cancers and blood disorders with evidence-based treatment plans.
