Julie Prieboy graduated from Purdue University School of Nursing with academic honors. She was nominated into the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. She has served as a guest lecturer at Purdue University Calumet and has also taught college-level prenursing courses for the Hanover High School system. Prior to coming to work for Premier Oncology Hematology Associates in Merrillville, Julie was a clinical nursing educator and coordinator for a large community cancer treatment program. Julie is involved in numerous community outreach events promoting cancer awareness through educational offerings, early detection programs, and fundraising activities.
